Your toll-free number, 888.228.9831 (TTY: 800.697.0353), gives you direct 24/7 access to a Guidance Consultant who will answer your questions and, if needed, refer you to a counselor or other resources.
Guidance Resources Online (GRO)
GuidanceResources® Online is your 24/7 platform for tools and information. To get started, click "register" on the GRO Website and use TXST as the Company Web ID. Create a username and password and log in for articles, on-demand webinars, and other helpful tools.
