How to track NSNR working hours

Many departments on campus have hired temporary staff employees (NSNR) to work in their office. It is important for our hiring managers to monitor their NSNR employee work hours to assure policy compliance.

The SAP GUI transaction to track hours worked is: ZTRKHRSSTF

  • ZTRKHRSSTF

    • The Hours Worked Tracking Report (SAP transaction ZTRKHRSSTF) allows you to track the number of weeks worked to ensure policy compliance. The report is:

      • accessible through SAP GUI;
      • available to office personnel who have the security roles of "Supervisor" or "Department Head";

      Department personnel will enter their organizational unit or can also search by individual Person ID (PLID) or Personnel Assignment number (PERNR).

    • There are two options available to select the type of report you would like:

      1. Detailed report: provides the hourly staff employee’s PLID, name, organizational unit, administrator name, supervisor name, begin and end date of the week reported and the actual number of hours worked that particular week.
      2. Summary report: provides the hourly staff employee’s PLID, name, organizational unit, administrator name, supervisor name and the total number of weeks the hourly staff employee has worked a 20 hour or more work week.
