Separation Email

As the department head or department designee, please distribute the exit survey website link to all voluntary separating employees. You may copy/paste the following message into an email to voluntary separating employees:

"Thank you for your service with Texas State University. Please visit the Exit Survey Website to complete the separating employee exit survey. The survey results will not be placed in your personnel file. If you prefer to take the survey at a later time, you may forward this email to your personal email."
