As Bobcat employees, we all have an obligation to act in accordance with federal, state and/or Texas State System and University policies. All employees are required to take specific training mandated by federal and/or state laws.
In addition, certain job titles may have additional required training tied to their function. The courses within the Required Trainings learning category will help ensure Bobcat employees are prepared to meet these compliance requirements.
Register by accessing the SAP Portal, clicking on the "SF Learning" tile, and locating these courses in the "Course Catalog" under the Required Trainings category.

Required for all Texas State University employees:
- Preventing Harassment & Discrimination (EEO & Title IX)
- Tools for an Ethical Workplace (Ethics & Compliance)
- TXST Cybersecurity Training
Please note: depending on the job/position an employee holds, they may have additional requirements, such as CSA Clery Training, Reasonable Suspicion, etc.
